Complete update of the main floor. We designed the entire main floor colour scheme, materials plan, layout and furnishings. We love to utilize the home owners things as much as possible to be budget-friendly unless clients want to renew and refresh completely. This is a small space, just over 600 sq ft on the main floor so we installed consistent luxury vinyl plank throughout, and replaced all baseboards and window casements, painted the same as the walls to make it feel more expansive. All new paint in Vanilla Milkshake by Ben Moore. All new furnishings, by Ashley Home Furniture. Complete custom carpentry at the front entry to maximize a standard front closet and get more functionality. All new doors & drawers to reface the kitchen, and dining cabinetry. Travertine backsplash and solid wood Hevea counter tops, custom stained. All custom carpentry by Swiss Woods. This project was $35K.
