Maxwell Master Suite Spring 2024

A refresh to the Master bedroom and a full gut and remodel of the ensuite.

The bedroom included light construction - re-surfacing the popcorn ceiling to achieve a modern flat. Updated the light fixture for a soft romantic feel. Added custom feature moldings on the widest wall to compliment the vertical details of the homeowners pre-existing headboard. The wall-mounted lighting was a late addition to allow for more functional space on the bedside tables. What isn't visible is an adaptation to the drawer of the side table; this now encloses a C-pap machine out of view without impeding the hosing and ventilation needed at night.

Ensuite: stunning remodel that maneuvers a smaller foot print into a spa that gives the couple all the desired amenities. Double side by side shower, with gridscape glass. Freestanding tub tucked into it's own alcove (space taken from the adjoining main floor bath). Double vanity topped in quartz. Bidet toilet tucked out of view from the master bedroom entry point. Light touches of gold add glamour and black graphite floor tile grounds the otherwise light and airy space. A beautiful way to start and end every day!
