CONCEPT
Discovery
A 30 min call to get to know one another, review your desired project and go through our transparent process and fees to get you to completion. (No Cost)
Consultation
If its a fit - we proceed with an in-person consultation at your home. We discuss your values, and assess whether your space enables them. We review your project goals, inspiration, & share recommended solutions.
Within 3-5 days - Follow up video call to review recommendations & implementation proposal

$999 4 hrs - kitchen or whole home

DESIGN
We provide a capacity lift - with design expertise and access to skilled trades. We handle all the planning & design for you.
Design Development
Layout that addresses flow, function, and life needs today, or as you ( or a loved one) ages.
Curate a custom design including color palette, materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, that best suit your family's story.
This phase concludes with a comprehensive design presentation. Client design portal opens and you can refer online 24/7.
Planning & Procurement
Items are sourced, budgets managed, logistics and risk management oversight. Detailed construction instructions and trades are assigned.
(This phase may include a buying tour for 'sit tests' - customization dependent.)

EXECUTE
Implementation
We handle every detail. Right down to the cleaning & styling of your rooms so your home is 'camera and live-in ready'. We manage the coordination of needed permits, contractors and tradespeople. Overseeing installations, quality control, receiving, problem solving. Most importantly - ensuring the vision comes to life, on budget and on schedule.
Timelines vary on the scope & complexity, any need for permits and any custom work.
Reveal Day
Once all the finishing touches are in place - you come home to a full reveal.
Depending on scope, the completions can take 1 day - a few weeks.

ENJOY
Reveal Day is substantial 'completion'; but it's a lot to take in at once.
We schedule the final walkthrough within 7 days to ensure any outstanding items are addressed. Including any necessary adjustments to design elements or final touch-ups from construction and implementation.
If you have a 'multi-phase' project we schedule the 'kick-off' date at this time.
$ Retainer is applied to close off the shipping, duty, add-ons, cleaning, etc.
